Investor Relations

As a privately held company, we are not subject to SEC or other regulatory filings. If you are one of our shareholders and you require a quarterly or annual financial statement, or year-end tax form for income tax filing, please use our contact page to request this information.

If you haven’t received your monthly dividend check, we apologize. If you are normally paid by direct deposit, please check with your bank, credit union or financial institution before contacting us. Since our per-share dividend increased we’ve seen a number of banks reject deposits under the assumption it is a clerical error or international money laundering scheme, due to the unbelievably high dollar amounts in question.

If you haven’t received your monthly dividend check and you normally receive it by check, please contact us immediately to place a stop-payment on your missing payment check (all fees will be waived or reimbursed by our executive response team) and we will promptly reissue your check.

If you’re looking to make a new investment with our company, we apologize, but we are not accepting new funds or issuing new shares at this time. We do not expect to make new shares available in the future, but you may purchase them privately from individual investors if you can find them.

If you are holding shares and wish to sell them, please contact us directly, as we are always interested in the repurchase of our outstanding shares. This standing policy has been one of the leading reasons for increased growth in dividends over the past few years.

Warmest Regards,

Will Strangle
CEO/Direktor
