We have unlimited tracking and surveillance resources, so be careful what you say when you think you’re being clever and anonymous. Nasty or evil emails may preclude you from future federal jobs much the way sending drunk, angry emails using Outlook will prevent any possibility of employment with Microsoft in the future.
