2nd Hand Secret Fortress For Sale
Posted on 27. Dec, 2008 by Admin in Surplus Sales
49,600 square foot evil fortress for sale in undisclosed Wyoming plains location. May also function for other logistics, manufacturing or non-evil purposes with minimal retrofitting.
Fully wired with fiber optic and satellite communications (may need some work) for world connectivity from a location so private you can hardly find it even when you’re looking!
Buyers with theme questions need to think of NORAD, but vastly larger, and without the entire online world knowing its precise whereabouts. Also, our backup diesel fuel pond is sufficient to power the station for up to 5-years as needed, with microbial reprocessors to refine decaying slag back to usable fuel. Also it’s above ground so mildew and mole people are a thing of the past.

The place could use some paint, and the runway only accommodates twin-engine planes (it’s a long 3200’, lighting not operational,) and there are a number of electrical and tribal issues that may need to be resolved after closing. Reactor room has never been operational due to technical problems and prairie dogs may present issues for tenant.
It’s a real diamond in the rough, specifically the rough diamond territory of Wyoming. Property has 71-years remaining on 99-year lease and should pass county fire & safety codes (seller makes no warranty.) Had to move coastal due to sea operation requirements, but it’s a great place.
$2,415,000,000 OBO, all fixtures and personal property onsite transfer to seller.
(Apply through the contact page.)

Was interested in this property. Didn’t know if you had already sold it, or not. Also, if there is a position there for care taker or other options please let me know. Thank you for your time.

Thank you for your interest Mr. Fusco, but we are currently using zombies to handle the day-to-day care-taking duties.
Plunging real estate prices have forced us to temporarily take the property off the market, but check back later.

I don’t think it would be safe for a caretaker. The status of the “protection animals” is unknown. When the property was de-commissioned, we just left them to fend for themselves. It is my assumption they still inhabit the darkest corners, waiting for an un-marked invader.
